I used to have no idea how to stop overthinking.
Odd thoughts would race around my mind about everything: my money situation, health, relationships, safety. I’d jump from one thought to another, predicting one catastrophe after another.

I will watch it this evening.. I have oanic disorder went off my meds 3 years ago and guess what its come back now and i am anxious whoke day everyday with breaks inbetween. All the symtoms. Makeing me mentally sick depressed.. I dont want to be on meds.

Thank you so much I suffer really bad with bad thoughts and I always think that I’m sick , any little pain and I think I have cancer it’s overtaken my life I’m just so negative and it affects me every single day can my brain trick my body into thinking i am sick because I actually feel these pains I’m always at the doctor and he says I’m fine I just can’t handle the anxiety anxiety any more but I am very lucky to have such a supporting partner who understands me

I had anixty really bad, constant shaking every day, every so often panic attacts, I finally had to ask my doctor for help, I became miserable, so I was happy when he put me on something to slow my body down, I find my self better, I also started facing my fears. I am doing lots better, good luck
